Code of Ethics

We believe we owe to everyone we represent in any capacity the highest level of technical performance, which is current, innovative, and unquestionably sound. This quality of advice must be coupled with an equally strong commitment to service either alone, or in conjunction with other financial services professionals.

We promise to render professional service, with personal contact, follow-up and availability. Fair and competitive charges for services is a given, with complete disclosure before the commencement of our responsibilities and during the performance of those responsibilities.

We will never place ourselves, or permit ourselves to be placed, in a position where a service to our client is compromised by any personal or professional interest inconsistent with the client's financial well-being or otherwise.

Although we recognize the primary need for top-notch problem-solving capability and clarity of expression in correspondence, documents, and all oral communication, we also believe that our relationship with each person whom we serve is one of absolute trust and integrity. We subscribe fully to the wisdom inherent in the statement of one of medicine's greatest teachers: Tell me how much you care before you tell me how much you know!

We believe that we can always do something to help each of our clients, no matter how old, young, or undisciplined they may be, or regardless of the simplicity or complexity of the problems that they face. Reaching out, with a spirit of complete commitment and understanding, is a must for the many sensitive situations in which we offer counsel. The clients' interests motivate all that we do and guide each step that we take.
